In this week's show, I want to talk about how the combination of mental, physical, and spiritual wellness plays an important part on our mental health journey.
You have to better the whole package if you expect to see results. Mental, physical, and spiritual states all have to be aligned. Mind, body, and soul.
The way I see it is, you can have the best body in the world, physically in shape, eating the best foods, and running marathons while lifting weights… but if you don’t take care of your brain and your heart, you will still be unhappy.
